The Role

As one of the UK’s most established housing associations, Midland Heart has 90 years’ experience of providing quality, affordable homes and a range of advice and support services to over 70,000 people across the Midlands region.

Against this backdrop, we are looking for an exceptional, innovative, talented and ambitious finance professional to lead our finance, treasury and ICT services. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we shape and move into a new corporate strategy, which will position us as one of the best providers of truly affordable homes in the sector.

Working with high performing finance and treasury teams you will ensure our financial strength and capacity to develop c3,000 new homes over the next five years. 

We recognise our IT service will be a key enabler of the new corporate strategy.  You will work with the team to deliver our digital agenda focussed on improving access for customers and realising the efficiencies of technological investments. You will lead our drive to become the sector leader in our digital offer.

You will be a credible leader, adept at working through others to deliver fantastic results and experienced at working collaboratively across the business.  You will be experienced at operating at Board level; able to represent your functions both internally and externally.
