Due to an internal promotion, Midland Heart has a superb opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join our highly professional legal team. Working with our Senior Property Lawyer you will provide effective legal advice regarding a broad range of property matters to internal stakeholders at all levels, as well as consulting with our Panel of Law firms on more complex matters.

Our ideal candidate will be a legal professional (Chartered Legal Executive or a solicitor) with demonstrable experience in advising on and transacting property law matters. You will have great people skills, with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering a quality service. As well as being a positive people person, you will also be business focussed with the ability to manage and prioritise a large and varied case load.

This role does not involve the creation, maintenance and termination of residential tenancies, however does include staircasing and enfranchisement duties.
