The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Saltbrook Place for a Team Leader for approximately 6 months on a fixed term contract.Whilst this is a temporary post it offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive team where you can develop your skills and experience.

Saltbrook Place is nearly 3 years old and over the past few years we have been developing a service that aims to be outstanding. We have a great staff team who take pride in what they do. We had 5 nominations in the Midland Heart Star Awards ceremony last year. Our customer satisfaction scores are high and we achieved a good in our last quality audit.

The Team Leader is a key post within the team who shapes and develops the service. We are therefore looking for someone with strength of character, energy and great ideas who can enhance what we do through their enthusiasm and passion for the service. You will be managing 6 support workers, a Lifeskills worker and 2 apprentices. You will also be expected to deputise for the Inclusion Services Manager and be part of an on call rota for out of hours cover.

This could be a great opportunity to develop your skills within a service that we are proud of.
