The Role
Midland Heart has great opportunities for Night Care and Support Workers to join our Retirement Living schemes, St Dominics and Camoys in Stoke-on-Trent. We have multiple permanent positions available offering various hours:
Camoys Court: 1 x 16hrs per week
St Dominic’s Court: 2 x 22hrs per week, 1 x 33 hrs per week
You will be working nights within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers, promoting choice and independence, and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. Every customer is different and some might need more care than others. Therefore, this role will include the possibility of delivering personal care.
It goes without saying that you’ll be a people person, with the passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. You’ll be able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence.
