The Role

We are currently looking to invite potential new team members in to see us for an exciting future opportunity within our Repairs and Housing Management Hub. You must be a customer focused, committed, and a positive individual who can deal with customer enquiries, primarily through phone calls but also through digital methods and face to face if required.

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills to provide our customers with a first class customer service in order to deliver a first call resolution.

The recruitment process will involve an opportunity to have an informal chat with the management team and work through a practical assessment. If we do not have a current role for you and you are the right person for the job, we will keep your details and be in regular contact with you until you are able to join the team.

All of our vacancies are initially recruited as a six-month temporary contract; however, there is usually the opportunity to be considered for a full time permanent position if successful within the role.

We are looking for people who:

•As the first point of contact to our customers, you will present a positive impression of Midland Heart, listening to the customer and understanding their query.

•Have the ability to take ownership and ensure first time resolution for a variety of customer calls.

•Meet and exceed customer’s expectations.

•Work well within a team environment.

If you are supportive, dedicated, customer focused and want to make a difference in your local community, then we would love to hear from you.

What can we offer you?  As well as a competitive salary and generous leave entitlement, you’ll benefit from our CIPD award winning reward initiative, including a range of voluntary and salary sacrifice benefits, generous pension arrangements, as well as the opportunity to develop your skills further.

To apply please register on our candidate portal and submit a CV setting out your career history with a cover letter of no more than a page which clearly explains how you think you meet the requirements of this role.
