The Role

We are currently seeking at Housing Officer to join our great team at Hanwood House.

We are looking for a Housing Officer who has the skills and behaviours that will create a safe and secure environment for our customers and visitors. You will be working to provide a high quality housing management service that gives our customers the best chance of success. Managing rent arrears and anti-social behaviour are a key part of this role. You will be expected to do this robustly but with understanding and creativity.
