The Role
We now have opportunities for a Care and Support Workers to join our Retirement Living scheme at St Matthews Place.
You will be working within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care, support based on their individual risk needs assessment and care & support plan, both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower them to live a fulfilled and active life.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. Every customer is different and some might need more care than others. Therefore this role will include the possibility of delivering personal care.
If you have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. Are able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence. Whilst upholding our values, People Focussed, Inclusive and Professional then we want to hear from you.
Contracts available-
21 hours Care & Support Worker x 1
17.5 hours Night Care & Support Worker x 1
The night posts will involves domestic duties
