As one of the UK’s most established housing associations, Midland Heart has 90 years’ experience of providing quality, affordable homes and a range of advice and support services to over 70,000 people across the Midlands region.

We’re passionate about what we do and determined to continue improving the quality of life for some of the most disadvantaged communities.  As one of the most substantial housing associations in the Midlands we have ambitions to become one of the country’s largest developers of affordable homes, but we are not complacent and know need to adapt to the changing environment around us.

We are looking to recruit an innovative, talented and ambitious individual to lead and inspire Midland Heart and to help us seize the opportunities that exist for ambitious and mission driven organisations like us. This is a fascinating opportunity in a sector which is experiencing substantial change but which retains a real social purpose.  You will work with the Midland Heart Board, Local Authorities and other major stakeholders to ensure that we continue to be recognised as delivering excellence for our people and our communities.

The successful candidate will bring excellent leadership skills, a solid track record of working in large and complex organisations, a willingness to support innovation and a passion for developing people. Equally important, is your all round communication skills and your enthusiasm to get things done and move the agenda forwards.
