The Role

Do you want to come and work for an award winning HR and Learning team?

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our award winning HR & Learning Team on a fixed term basis of up to 15 months to cover maternity. This dynamic role will support the delivery of our People Strategy through proactive, solution focussed and insights driven advice and guidance, which drives organisational capability.

As an accomplished HR professional with a proven knowledge of employment law, including TUPE, you’ll use your judgement to ensure business outcomes are achieved effectively and efficiently, whilst managing risks.  You’ll have experience of managing large change programmes and have the ability to provide common sense, pragmatic, high quality advice in complex situations.

Our ideal candidate will be a Chartered Member of the CIPD and have extensive generalist HR experience ideally gained within Social Care or Social Housing, with a working knowledge of our sectors regulatory and compliance frameworks. Connecting with our vision, purpose and values, you must possess excellent communication skills, with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering a quality HR service to our stakeholders.

The ability to lead your team of three Assistant HR Business Partners to success is essential. Engaging the team and inspiring them to deliver a first-class service will be key to the role.
