The Role

We have various opportunities for Support Workers in our Supported Living Team. Our Support Workers provide housing related support to all customers to enable them to move on and maintain independent living. Our customers have a wide range of support needs and we are able to make referrals where appropriate to external agencies that can provide specialist support. Support Workers evidence all their work through clear accurate documentation to include – Risk and Needs Assessments and Support Plans, and outcome monitoring

You will have the ability to provide clear and accurate advice or signposting to enable customers to make informed decisions related to their housing, future education, training and employment needs.

Whilst working experience isn’t essential, more important to us is that you have the ability to build relationships as support work is often challenging and requires individuals who are resilient but caring in nature, whilst demonstrating empathy, passion and commitment to the needs and aspirations of vulnerable people.
