The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Maintenance Surveyor to join our Property Care Team based in Walsall. This dynamic role is responsible for the effective management of a multi-disciplined team of Trade Operatives, Contractors and self-employed operatives, conducting responsive repairs and voids maintenance within the Black Country and Staffordshire region.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication, problem solving and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidates will be dynamic thinkers, who strive under pressure and have the ability to manage/ prioritise a large and varied work load with competing priorities and deadlines.

It goes without saying that you’ll have excellent supervisory and technical ability, with good knowledge of maintenance sector quality standards, building regulations and planning requirements. You’ll possess good construction knowledge, including Health & Safety legislation, fire safety , CDM Regulations and have proven experience of financial and budgetary control.
