The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Specialist to join our great team. In this exciting role, with no two days the same, you will play a vital role in delivering a first class Marketing and Communications service that builds trust and confidence in the Midland Heart brand and uses a broad range of channels to keep staff, customers and stakeholders informed, engaged and involved in what we do.

You will have full ownership of our digital presence and the development of engaging content across our digital channels: website, intranet, e-newsletters and social media platforms.

From monitoring and evaluating analytics to ensuring the effectiveness of online content and supporting managers with recommendations for future campaigns, or using your creative digital skills to reach new audiences, to supporting our plans to encourage more customers to interact with us online.

Our ideal candidate will be an accomplished Marketing and Communications professional, with good analytical skills and experience of content management systems and writing for social media, in a professional capacity.  You will have the creative spark and enthusiasm to come up with innovative ideas and have the energy to carry them through to completion. Along with experience of working with multiple stakeholders across a wide geography and work well under pressure.
