The Role

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Concierge to join our scheme at Firsbrook House in Wolverhampton.  The aim of this service is to provide supported accommodation, which promotes and supports an individuals’ recovery and assists people to live independent fulfilling lives.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and keen individual who is able to work on their own initiative. You will be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and have the ability to diffuse any given situation within your role as Night concierge. You will provide comprehensive concierge duties including, reception and you will be a visible presence at the scheme ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all our customers, visitors and contractors. You will form part of a friendly, motivated team.
