The Role

We are seeking Bank Care & Support Workers to join us at our schemes in and around the Dudley area.

In your covering letter, please state which scheme you have a preference for, but please be advised you may be asked to cover shifts at any of the schemes above.

We're looking for reliable and flexible Care and Support Worker(s) to cover days with flexibility to cover nights if needed. As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide care and support to include self- care, domestic duties, activity planning and involvement, updating care and support plans and providing an active support to our customers. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, work well as part of a team and understand the issues and requirements of older people. This role will include weekend working. 

We are looking for people who:

  • Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people.
  • Are able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence
  • Able to offer close personal care, for example assistance to support bathing
