The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Scrutiny Team Leader to join our Quality and Customer Experience team. Scrutiny plays an integral part in bringing challenge and oversight to the delivery of our corporate priorities.  It is key to driving improvement and as such, this dynamic role will support the delivery of our Customer Engagement Strategy and Customer Scrutiny Framework that ensures we meet our regulatory responsibilities and achieves our business objectives.

Our ideal candidate will have some knowledge of our sector but that’s not essential.  More important to us is that you have the skills and experience to bring our scrutiny framework to life. Building great relationships and winning the confidence of customers and stakeholders is essential to this role, so you'll need both first class verbal and written communication skills. You will be willing to push the boundaries to get us to think differently and be able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.  A willingness and ability to work collaboratively across our business is vital.

The ability to lead your team to success is crucial. Engaging the team and inspiring them to deliver a first-class service will be key to the role.

What can we offer you?  We are a flexible employer, focussed on outputs.  Alongside a generous leave entitlement, you will have access to a range of voluntary and salary sacrifice benefits, as well as the opportunity to develop professionally.

To apply please register on our candidate portal and submit a comprehensive CV setting out your career history with a cover letter of no more than 2 pages which clearly explains how you think you meet the requirements of this role and which demonstrates your career achievements.

Closing date for receipt of completed applications is on 3 September 2017.

Interviews and Assessment will take place on 15 September 2017
