The Role

We have a great opportunity for a Night Concierge to join our supported living scheme at Oasis House. Oasis House is a revolutionary service that offers accommodation & support to homeless people in Northampton. There are 48 units at the scheme with 9 direct access beds & 39 move on apartments. Oasis House services are delivered in partnership with Northampton Borough council, who have their gateway housing solutions team, NAASH, on site,  who provide housing support and Northampton Hope Centre who provide day centre services to the homeless by providing meals, clothing, training & activities. They are also developing a social enterprise workshop to refurbish tools on site.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and keen individual who is able to work on their own initiative. You will be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and have the ability to diffuse any given situation within your role as Night Worker. You will provide comprehensive concierge duties including, reception and you will be a visible presence at the scheme ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all our customers, visitors and contractors. You will form part of a friendly, motivated team, working closely with Housing Officers to address and resolve any issues that are identified.
