The Role

Do you want a job that really makes a difference? We now have two fantastic opportunities for Support Workers to join our scheme at Firsbrook House in Wolverhampton. The aim of this service is to provide supported accommodation, which promotes and supports an individuals’ recovery and assists people to live independent fulfilling lives.

The role will involve providing practical, emotional and cognitive support to help our customer achieve their goals, working closely with referring agents, ensuing that the service is allocated promptly.  You will undertake risk and needs assessments and support planning in relation to all customers and to actively review and monitor these with customers. This role does involve shift work including weekends and bank holidays.

The role includes complusory sleep-ins.
