The Role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced support analyst with excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills to join our IT department at Bath Row, Birmingham.  

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in resolving issues regarding hardware, software and applications following ITIL best practice, and excellent customer service skills, working in a busy and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all  requests received for service and incidents are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
