The Role
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Support Worker to join our Supported Living team at our Pine Court, Wolverhampton scheme.
You will be working within our Extra Care Scheme offering residents centred care and support, based on their individual risk and needs. This role requires you to promote choice, independence and empower service users to live a fulfilled and active life.
You will also be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. You will also be participating in the schemes activity planner, providing a range of social activities to our customers.
We are looking for people who:
- Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people.
- Are able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence
- Able to offer close personal care, for example assistance to support bathing
