The Role

Midland Heart has an exciting opportunity for a Performance Reporting Team Leader to join our Quality and Assurance Team at our Bath Row, Birmingham office. This is a fantastic chance to make a difference to the services we provide to our customers.

As a Performance Reporting Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting all our services to improve and comply with our contract and compliance obligations. In order to achieve this, you will co-ordinate a systematic approach to performance review, data quality and performance reporting in line with corporate aims, objectives and values.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have sound knowledge and experience in data extraction and report design.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with a wide range of people.
  • Have the ability to manage and develop others.
