The Role

At Midland Heart we believe that every customer should be able to live in an environment where they feel safe, are empowered, and in which where appropriate their care and support needs are met. As an Administrator in our Retirement Living and Care Services scheme in Wolverhampton. You will ensure that all aspects of the project administration tasks are complete to a good standard and on time, which include maintaining a customer database, supporting the sales team and setting up staff and customer files.

Are you an experienced Administrator with good IT skills and able to work effectively with Microsoft Word and Excel?

  • Are an effective communicator who is able to work as part of a team with the ability to use own initiative.
  • Can take ownership, offering excellent customer service and exceeding the customer’s expectations.
  • Have some knowledge/ understanding of the needs of older people.
