The Role

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Operations Manager to join out Retirement Living and Care Services in Coventry.  As an Operations Manager you will be a key figure in ensuring that all service standards and operational targets are delivered to the highest of quality, with our customers at the heart of our services. This is currently being offered on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.  

We are looking for if you:

  • Have wide ranging experience in the performance & development of registered services and operations
  • Are able to deal with complex situations logically, with clear thinking vision and perseverance whilst under pressure
  • Can bring substantial experience of managing a customer focused service with proven experience of delivering continuous improvement in Retirement Living & Care Services
  • Can demonstrate the business and financial acumen to ensure that current & future operations continue on a sustainable & viable basis, evidencing positive outcomes.
