The Role

At Midland Heart as part of our continued expansion, our internal maintenance division Property Care has an exciting opportunity to appoint a Head of Property Care. This key, senior managerial role will help to shape the further strategic growth of Property Care and ensure the effective operational delivery of responsive repairs and voids maintenance to over 17,000 general needs properties within the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will be forward thinking with a proven track record of delivering exceptional levels of service and have a strategic perspective.  A natural leader who has experience of managing at a senior level, who provides a catalyst of change and improvement.

Must hold:

  • Degree or equivalent in Building Construction discipline
  • Hold membership to CIOB or RICS
