The Role

Have you worked with people who have learning disabilities or mental health issues? Experience in homelessness or rough sleepers? Midland Heart’s Inclusions Services provide a range of accommodations and services to support people in need, including homeless or rough sleepers & people with mental health and addiction issues, supporting our customers to gain the skills required to move on to independent living.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have the ability to provide clear and accurate advice or signoposting to enable clients to make informed decisions related to their housing needs.
  • Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people.
  • Are able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence.
  • Are able to manage challenging situations including customers who exhibit anti-social behaviour.
