Our Marketing and Communications team delivers first class communications to our staff, customers and stakeholders to ensure that Midland Heart has a strong, clear and consistent brand.

The role of Marketing and Communications Delivery Manager is wide ranging; one that calls for solid experience of the co-ordination of internal and external marketing and communications campaigns.

You'll have proven ability to manage projects from concept to delivery; providing consistent, coordinated and trusted communications which is high quality and underpins our business plans.

With a passion for creative internal communications, you will have experience in improving staff engagement within a large organisation. You will have managed a number of successful communication campaigns that have delivered strategic messages across a range of digital platforms.

We are located in modern offices in walking distance of the tramlines and New Street Station.
