The Role

We’re seeking a Contract Delivery Surveyor join us on a permanent basis to support and manage the delivery of Midland Hearts Electrical, FSLSS (Fire Security and Life Safety Systems) and Non Gas Contracts through the contracted supply chain.

Working closely with the wider Midland Heart team and contractors, you’ll ensure that challenging operational objectives and KPIs are achieved in a legislatively compliant, timely, cost effective and customer focused manner at all times. On a daily basis you’ll demonstrate a dedication to achieving compliance performance and achieving targets for respective contracts; relishing the opportunity to gain value for money whilst ensuring customers are provided with a seamless high quality service.

Our ideal candidates? You’ll hold a recognised building safety related qualification, or equivalent level of expertise demonstrated through significant work experience. We’re seeking technically strong individuals with a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation, fire safety and CDM Regulations with the ability to identify building defects and suitable solutions. You’ll also have an understanding of contract law and procurement frameworks. Joining a people focused organisation, it goes without saying that you’ll be a team player with excellent communication skills and a can do attitude.
