The Role

Are you a talented Digital Content Producer with the imagination and flair needed to support a sector-leading organisation to bring its brand to life? Do you want to create digital content that communicate stories of positive social impact, that engage our customers and encourage our colleagues to be the very best they can be?

Joining our Digital Content team, you’ll have full responsibility for the management and production of branded digital marketing and communication content, for delivery across our external and internal channels. You’ll work with stakeholders across our organisation to plan and create a broad range of media including short-form video, motion graphics, photography, audio recording for podcasts, interactive pdf and print design – ensuring that stakeholder requirements are met and that key messages are communicated in a way that is accessible to its target audience and land with impact.

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking an experienced Digital Content Producer with a track record of end-to-end management and delivery of digital media projects; from taking briefs from a range of stakeholders, turning them into effective plans and creating digital content that adheres to design principles and brand guidelines. You’ll demonstrate excellent technical skills including the ability to undertake video and photographic shoots, as well as being experienced in post production techniques using a range of software including the Adobe Creative Suite and Cloud for team collaboration. Importantly, you’ll show us that you have what it takes to work under pressure – prioritising your workload and demonstrating the level of flexibility needed to deliver several high-profile projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines. You will be comfortable directing shoots working with our CEO through to frontline workers on location, with a need to be personable as well as having a positive attitude to bring out the best in people.
