We’ll support you to become a fully qualified Building Control Surveyor, helping us to deliver our ambitious plans to build new, high quality houses that people are proud to call home.

You’ll gain invaluable industry based experience whilst working onsite, studying for a degree and achieving membership to the Chartered Institute of Building. On a daily basis you’ll be collaborating and building relationships with colleagues across the business, as well as with external contractors, designers, builders and engineers. Working closely with all stakeholders, you’ll carry out site inspections to ensure developments are using quality material and are progressing in a timely and cost efficient way.
