The Role

Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our customers. From the very start of your career training as a Building Safety Surveyor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that our tenants have peace of mind that their homes are safe and secure.

Working as part of a highly experienced and supportive team, you’ll apply the knowledge you gain from your studies to assess the structural safety of our homes, identify areas for improvement and collaborate with colleagues to make these improvements a reality.

You’ll face new and interesting challenges daily – all of which will mean that at the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll qualify with a wealth of industry based experience in the field.

We want to get your career off to the best possible start. That’s why, at the end of your Degree Apprenticeship, you’ll graduate not only with a BSc (Hons) Building Control Surveying degree and membership to The Chartered Institute of Building, but also five years hands-on professional experience of directly impacting the safety of an industry leaders homes.
